Orey Gilliam joined BIScience in April 2011. Previously the Head of AOL Messaging (AIM) and CEO of ICQ, Orey is a seasoned executive and leader with international experience in establishing and building global businesses. Orey has a proven track record with over 27 years of experience in business, technical and operations management in a variety of environments ranging from startups to Fortune 50 companies in the Internet, telecommunication and software fields. Prior to AOL and ICQ, Orey served in various senior management positions with Gilat Satellite Networks and its affiliated companies. Gilat is a world leader in satellite networking products that provides services and solutions in 85 countries that provides broadband data, Internet, voice and video solutions to enterprises, governments, carriers and consumers. Orey spent the first 7 years of his career with Intel Corporation in various technical and business positions. Orey has a B.S. (Cum Laude) degree in Computer Engineering from the Technion in Israel.

Assaf Toval founded BIScience in 2009. Previously Vice President Engineering and a member of the founding team of Matomy Media Group (AdsMarket). With innate understanding of software, hardware and programming design, and more than 10 years of experience in online advertising technologies, Assaf has led multiple large scale technical developments. Assaf was the System Architect of Matomy's Ad-server and revenue optimization algorithms. Assaf has a proven track record of forming and building R&D, QA and IT teams for internet based technology companies. Before Matomy, Assaf was a member of the R&D team of Picscout which was acquired by Getty Corporation.

Gali has a proven track record in product management leadership with SAP’s Product Management of the SMB market for over six years. She brings with her over 14 years of broad experience in different stages of product lifecycle and marketing within the software industry. Gali defined a variety of business applications running on top of SaaS platform and implementing several cutting edge features such as collaboration, analytics and modern monetization models such as advertising. Gali has a strong technical background from companies like Checkpoint and EMC2 as well as broad system experience and understanding in the realms of enterprise solutions, trends and analyses, security, mobile applications, and SaaS methodology. Gali earned her B.A. in Computer Science and Economics as well as her MBA from Tel-Aviv University.

Oren brings comprehensive understanding of the online media market and sustained revenue generation experience to the Sales and Business Development departments at BIScience. Oren served as Business Development and Sales Director at Artivision Technologies, where he mastered the video advertising and publishing market. Prior to that, as Sales Manager at Xtend Media, he refined his experience in business models and pricing structures. All of his media industry background propels Oren to ensure technologies meet the real business needs in the industry.
